Siddharth Gupta has been appointed as Head – Alliances & Partnerships at HDFC Bank, where he will lead the bank’s CC EMI, DC EMI, and Affordability Portfolio while expanding strategic partner ecosystems and strengthening EMI-led credit solutions across the country.
With more than two decades of experience in banking, Siddharth brings extensive expertise in retail banking, sales transformation, business strategy, partnerships, and customer acquisition. Prior to taking on this role, he served as Head – Sales Enablement, GTM, HNW, Corporate Salary & Government Banking at HDFC Bank, where he led large-scale sales enablement initiatives, introduced new liability products, established strategic banking channels, drove corporate salary growth, and strengthened performance management frameworks across the retail banking network.
Earlier in his career, Siddharth held several key leadership positions within HDFC Bank, including Cluster Head – Retail Branch Banking (Vice President), Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager & Area Acquisition Head, Regional Business Planning Manager, and Corporate Sales Manager. Throughout these roles, he built deep expertise in branch banking, business transformation, sales excellence, P&L management, customer acquisition, process improvement, and large-scale team leadership.
In his new role as National Head – Alliances & Partnerships, Siddharth will focus on expanding HDFC Bank’s strategic partnership ecosystem, scaling affordability and EMI-led credit solutions, and driving innovative collaboration models that enhance customer experience while supporting the bank’s continued retail banking growth.
