Manish Dwivedi has joined Allana Group as Group Chief Human Resources Officer (Group CHRO), bringing with him more than 27 years of extensive experience in human resources leadership, organizational transformation, and people strategy. His appointment reflects Allana Group’s continued focus on strengthening its leadership team and fostering a people-first culture that supports sustainable business growth and organizational excellence.
Throughout his distinguished career, Manish has spearheaded strategic HR initiatives across organizational transformation, leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, industrial relations, compensation and benefits, talent management, and culture building. His proven ability to align people strategies with business objectives has enabled organizations to build high-performing teams, strengthen leadership capabilities, and drive long-term organizational success.
Before joining Allana Group, Manish served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Emami Agrotech, where he played a key role in enhancing the company’s people practices, leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, and aligning HR strategies with evolving business priorities. Earlier, he held senior leadership positions at DIC Corporation (Japan), VE Commercial Vehicles (Volvo-Eicher Joint Venture), Ballarpur Industries, and Jindal Saw, gaining extensive cross-industry experience and deep expertise in managing diverse and globally integrated workforces.
As Group Chief Human Resources Officer, Manish will lead Allana Group’s Human Resources function, driving the Group’s people and culture agenda, strengthening leadership capabilities, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and advancing talent development initiatives.
