In this senior leadership role, he will oversee global functions across Total Rewards, Learning & Development, People Operations, HRIS, Talent Management, and People Analytics, helping strengthen the people strategy of one of the world’s leading AI-powered global workforce platforms.

Over the past 15 years, Harshit has built an accomplished HR leadership career across Infosys, Publicis Sapient, and most recently Sapiens International, where he served as Director – Human Resources. Throughout his career, he has led global HR initiatives and international assignments, developing deep expertise in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Leadership Development, M&A integration, AI-enabled HR, and organizational transformation, while aligning people strategy with business objectives.
