SmartCheck Appoints Dr. Abhijit Sarkar as Chief Public Relations Officer to Strengthen Global Corporate Communications.
SmartCheck, a leading Enterprise PropTech platform delivering AI-powered CAFM, CMMS, IWMS, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), IoT, and Smart Building solutions, has appointed Dr. Abhijit Sarkar as Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO). This strategic appointment marks another important milestone in SmartCheck’s growth journey as the company continues expanding across India and international markets while strengthening its leadership team.
In his role as CPRO, Dr. Sarkar will lead Corporate Communications, Global Public Relations, Executive Branding, Media Relations, and Strategic Alliances, working closely with Founder & CEO Sreenivas Teja Madala to elevate SmartCheck’s corporate identity and strengthen its positioning as a global Enterprise PropTech leader.

Dr. Sarkar brings over three decades of distinguished leadership experience spanning corporate administration, facilities management, procurement, infrastructure, governance, and enterprise transformation. He currently serves as Founder & Chairman of Indratech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and has held senior leadership positions at Sharekhan, where he served as Senior Vice President & Head of Administration, Travel, MICE & Procurement and Vice President & Country Head – Corporate Real Estate, Administration & Infrastructure. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles with BASIX, Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd., ICICI Securities Ltd., TNT India Pvt. Ltd., Piramyd Retail Ltd., Bombay Dyeing, HDFC Bank, and Apurva Natvar Parikh Group, leading large-scale operational transformation, corporate infrastructure, procurement, and facilities management initiatives.
Beyond his corporate leadership, Dr. Sarkar continues to contribute to the industry through several prestigious honorary positions, including Industry Programme Lead (Honorary) at RICS, Central Leadership at the Global Association for Corporate Services, Mentor at the CII Centre of Excellence for Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Startups (CIES), Advisory Board Member at the Indian Institute of Business Management and Studies, and Board Member at iNFHRA, among other leadership roles.
