Manguesh Borker has been elevated to Director of Engineering at Redrob. In his expanded leadership role, he will continue to drive the company’s engineering vision, scale AI-first product development, strengthen platform capabilities, and lead high-performing global engineering teams to accelerate innovation and business growth.
Manguesh brings nearly two decades of experience in engineering leadership, product architecture, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation. He has a proven track record of building and scaling engineering organizations, delivering enterprise-grade platforms, and leading AI-powered product innovation across startups and global technology companies.
Prior to his elevation, Manguesh served as Head of Engineering at Redrob, where he built and scaled a global engineering organization across India and the US, led AI-native product development, and played a key role in launching revenue-generating platforms and supporting the company’s growth. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Syngenta, Telstra, ValueLabs, Smartek Consultancy Services, JobTarget, iRevo Multimedia, Glam Media, Tech Mahindra, and CoreObjects (now Symphony Services), driving large-scale engineering, cloud, product, and digital transformation initiatives.
