Sathish Kumar Ragula has been appointed as Head of Talent Acquisition for India at Redwood Software. He will lead talent acquisition initiatives in India, with a focus on strengthening technology and leadership hiring, employer branding, and scalable recruitment capabilities.
Before joining Redwood Software, Sathish served as Head of Talent Acquisition – Tech at Providence India and Assistant Vice President – Talent Acquisition at DBS Bank. His experience includes leading enterprise hiring across technology, engineering, cloud, data, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and business functions.
Earlier, he held talent acquisition roles at Teradata, and ValueLabs, where he worked across technology recruitment, campus hiring, workforce planning, recruitment automation, and team leadership.
An alumnus of IIM Indore, Sathish brings broad experience in talent strategy and people leadership to his new role. At Redwood Software, he will support the company’s India growth by strengthening talent pipelines and recruitment capabilities.
