Sunali N Ahluwalia has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer – Indian subcontinent at EssilorLuxottica, where she will play a key role in strengthening the Finance organization and supporting the company’s growth ambitions across the Indian subcontinent region. A Chartered Accountant with over 22 years of experience across Banking, Insurance, IT, Telecommunications, HealthTech and Retail, Sunali brings a strong combination of financial expertise, commercial understanding and people leadership to the role.
In her new mandate, Sunali will focus on connecting financial insights with commercial opportunities, enabling stronger business decisions and translating strategic priorities into meaningful outcomes. Her strategic perspective and leadership approach will be instrumental in strengthening finance capabilities, supporting business growth and creating lasting value for EssilorLuxottica.
Sunali brings extensive experience from leading organizations including adidas, Philips, Colt Technology Services, Airtel and Max Life Insurance. Her career has encompassed financial strategy, commercial planning, advanced analytics, business partnering, investment & portfolio management, audit, controls and people leadership across diverse and complex business environments.
With her broad cross-industry experience and ability to bridge finance with business strategy, Sunali is well positioned to lead the Finance agenda for Indian subcontinent and contribute to EssilorLuxottica’s continued growth, capability building and long-term value creation.
