CorporatEdge, a premium workplace and business hospitality company and the creator of Offitel™, its proprietary format that brings together the warmth of luxury hospitality with the functionality of a premium workspace, has appointed Praneet Sidhu as its Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).The appointment comes as CorporatEdge enters a significant new phase of expansion, deepening its presence in existing markets while entering new markets including
Hyderabad, Pune and select Tier 2 cities. The company is targeting a presence across 14 cities and 50 centres by 2030, building on a 14-year foundation in premium workplace solutions.
The expansion comes as India’s workplace market is being reshaped by rising enterprise demand, the continued expansion of Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and increasing preference for flexible, premium and professionally managed workplace environments. CorporatEdge is positioning its business hospitality proposition to serve this evolving demand while expanding its presence across established and emerging business markets.
Against this backdrop, Praneet will lead CorporatEdge’s revenue and commercial strategy, with a focus on enterprise growth, market expansion and strengthening long-term customer relationships across its growing portfolio.
She brings over 20 years of commercial leadership experience across real estate, media, travel and hospitality. Praneet joins from WeWork India, where she most recently served as Head of Sales, India, overseeing the sales organisation and playing a key role in driving revenue, profitability, occupancy and portfolio expansion across eight cities as WeWork India scaled its national footprint. Earlier, she spent close to a decade with Time Warner, leading content distribution, partnerships and monetisation across India and neighbouring markets. She began her career in premium hospitality with The Oberoi Group of Hotels & Resorts and The Imperial, New Delhi.
Her appointment strengthens CorporatEdge’s leadership as the company moves from an established presence in its existing markets to scaling its differentiated workplace proposition across a significantly broader national footprint.”
