Bhartiya Converge has appointed Eric Pagdiwalla as Chief Operating Officer (COO), strengthening its leadership team as the company accelerates the growth of its integrated platform for establishing, operating and scaling Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in India. In his new role, Eric will lead the company’s consulting and operations strategy, along with customer success, helping strengthen execution capabilities and scale Bhartiya Converge’s end-to-end GCC model.
Eric brings over 25 years of experience across GCCs, global business services, transformation, outsourcing, client management and operating-model development. He joins Bhartiya Converge from Persistent Systems, where he served as Senior Vice President
and Head of GCC Practice. Prior to this, he held key leadership positions at ANSR, including Managing Director – Client Success and Vice President – Service Delivery, and also served as Associate Vice President – Transformation at Ascena Retail Group, building extensive expertise in transformation, service delivery and client-focused operating models.
Earlier in his career, Eric spent more than 13 years with Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he held leadership roles across digital selling, marketing business services, global business services, process improvement, account management and outsourcing strategy. Throughout his career, he has built and led global teams, managed strategic client relationships, driven business transformation and developed scalable operating models designed to support long-term growth and operational excellence.
His appointment comes at an important phase in Bhartiya Converge’s growth journey as GCCs increasingly evolve into strategic hubs for technology, innovation, product development and business capabilities. With its integrated model bringing together strategic advisory, talent solutions, workspace infrastructure, business operations and employee experience, Bhartiya Converge is positioned to support global enterprises throughout the GCC lifecycle—from discovery and design to build, transition, optimisation and transformation. Eric’s leadership will further strengthen the company’s ability to create scalable, high-value and future-ready GCCs that deliver meaningful business outcomes for global organisations.
