Prashant Sangle has joined Knight Frank India as National Director – Operations, FAMS, taking on a leadership mandate to oversee pan-India operations for the business. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening operational excellence, elevating service delivery standards, enhancing client outcomes, and driving strategic transformation initiatives across the FAMS business.
At Knight Frank India, Prashant will lead operations across regions while working towards building greater consistency and efficiency in service delivery. His responsibilities will include driving operational performance, strengthening processes, and developing initiatives that support business growth and improve client experience across the country.
Prashant brings over 23 years of experience across integrated facility management, service delivery, operational transformation, P&L management, and client solutions. Before joining Knight Frank India, he was leading Facility Management Services at Godrej Living, where he gained extensive experience in managing operations and delivering facility management solutions.
Over the course of his career, Prashant has also held senior leadership roles with JLL and Knight Frank India, building a strong track record in managing large, multi-regional teams and driving operational efficiencies. His experience across facility management and service delivery positions him to lead complex operations while building high-performing service organizations.
His return to Knight Frank India in a national leadership role comes with a focus on strengthening the FAMS business and supporting its next phase of growth. With experience spanning operations, transformation, client solutions and P&L management, Prashant will play a key role in advancing operational standards and delivering value across the organization.
