Nabila Kidwai has been appointed as Head – CSR & Sustainability at Linde India, where she will also serve as General Manager, taking on a leadership role focused on advancing the company’s corporate social responsibility and sustainability initiatives. Linde India, one of India’s leading industrial gases and engineering companies, is part of Linde plc, a global leader providing industrial gases, technologies and engineering solutions to diverse industries.
Nabila brings over 12 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, ESG partnerships and stakeholder engagement. Throughout her career, she has worked with leading organisations including Cargill, Bosch India Foundation and Schneider Electric, where she contributed to strategic CSR programmes, developed ESG partnerships and engaged with diverse stakeholders to drive meaningful social impact.
At Linde India, Nabila will lead the organisation’s CSR and sustainability agenda, with a focus on developing impactful and outcome-driven programmes. Her mandate will include strengthening Linde India’s social impact initiatives and enhancing its sustainability footprint across India, while aligning these efforts with the organisation’s broader business and sustainability priorities.
Prior to joining Linde India, Nabila held roles across Cargill, Bosch India Foundation and Schneider Electric, building extensive experience at the intersection of corporate strategy, social development and sustainability. Her professional journey has enabled her to work across diverse corporate environments and develop programmes aimed at creating measurable and lasting impact.
Nabila holds a Master’s in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). Her academic background in social development, combined with more than a decade of corporate experience, positions her to lead Linde India’s CSR and sustainability initiatives and contribute to the company’s continued focus on responsible and sustainable growth in India.
