Reenah Joseph has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Aequs Limited, bringing nearly two decades of experience across corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic finance, capital markets, investor relations, and business transformation.
Prior to joining Aequs, Reenah served at PDS Limited as Deputy Group CFO, where she worked closely with the leadership team across corporate finance, capital allocation, strategic initiatives, M&A, capital markets, and investor relations, supporting the company’s global operations.
Over the course of her career, she has held senior leadership roles across corporate finance and investor relations, with experience spanning strategic finance, capital raising, business transformation, and stakeholder management. She began her career in investment banking with Credit Suisse, supporting global transactions across the retail and healthcare sectors.
With her broad experience spanning financial strategy, capital markets, M&A, investor relations, and business transformation, Reenah brings a strong strategic finance perspective to her new role. At Aequs, she will contribute to financial leadership, strategic decision-making, governance, and the company’s long-term growth initiatives.
