Samridhi Kumari has been elevated to Vice President – Sr Legal Counsel | Company Secretary at AllianceBernstein. She brings deep expertise across corporate governance, cross-border regulatory strategy, board advisory and insolvency resolution.
At AllianceBernstein, where she previously served as Assistant Vice President, Samridhi has led governance modernisation and legal transformation for the firm’s India operations. She drives cross-border legal strategy and policy, aligning the India operations with regulatory frameworks across the US, EMEA and APAC.
Earlier, she led governance and compliance at Videocon Consumer Durables, a company listed on the NSE, BSE, Singapore Exchange, Luxembourg Stock Exchange and NASDAQ. She managed corporate governance and compliance through one of India’s largest corporate insolvency resolution processes.
With experience spanning global financial services, multi-jurisdiction listings and complex corporate restructuring, she strengthens AllianceBernstein’s legal and governance leadership in India.
