Manu Mohanan has been appointed as Managing Director at Protiviti India Member Firm, bringing over 13 years of experience across Internal Audit, SOX, IFC, Enterprise Risk Management and Business Transformation. In his new leadership role, he will work with IT and IT-enabled services organizations on Internal Audit, margin improvement, large deal management, business process transformation and risk advisory.
Prior to joining Protiviti, Manu was associated with KPMG India for nearly nine years, progressing through roles including Director, Associate Director, Manager, Assistant Manager and Senior Consultant. As Director, he worked extensively with leading Technology and IT/ITeS organizations, advising senior leadership on risk, controls, transformation and business performance.
Earlier, Manu served as Senior Consultant at EY, where he worked across Internal Audits, process reviews, SAP post-implementation reviews and Standard Operating Procedures. His experience across audit, controls, risk and transformation has given him a strong understanding of complex business environments and performance improvement.
At Protiviti, Manu will focus on helping organizations strengthen governance and controls while unlocking operational efficiencies, improving margins and driving transformation-led growth through integrated risk advisory and business solutions.
