Ratan Agrawal has joined Moon Beverages Ltd (Coca-Cola) as Chief Human Resource Officer and Director – People Resource, reporting to Amit Bedi, CEO. With a strong background in corporate HR, Agrawal aims to strengthen Moon Beverages’ role as a key bottling partner for The Coca-Cola Company in India.
Prior to joining Moon Beverages, Agrawal spent 2 years as Senior Lead-Hero Academy- Corporate HR at Hero MotoCorp, where he developed Hero Academy and integrated learning systems company-wide.
At Hero MotoCorp, Agrawal held roles including Head HR R&D and Head HR (P), overseeing HR functions critical to operations and central functions.
Earlier in his career, Agrawal held senior HR roles at Maruti Suzuki India Limited and various other companies.
Established in 1994, Moon Beverages Ltd is India’s largest bottler of Coca-Cola products, producing brands such as Coca-Cola, Limca, Sprite, Maaza, Thums Up, Fanta, Minute Maid, Coke Zero, and Kinley under a franchise agreement with Coca-Cola Inc., USA.
