Ajay Pathik has assumed the role of CEO at Ashtech (India) Pvt Ltd, specifically heading the Microfine Products Division, as announced by Ashtech (India) Private Ltd in a recent press release. With over three decades of experience in the building materials and construction sectors, Pathik brings a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership acumen to his new position.
Prior to joining Ashtech, Pathik held prominent positions at Ambuja Cement Ltd. and LafargeHolcim Singapore, where he garnered extensive expertise in specialized goods. His most recent role was CEO at Ultrafine Mineral & Admixtures Private Ltd in Mumbai.
In his new capacity, Pathik will be responsible for overseeing operations, leading strategic initiatives, and fostering innovation within Ashtech’s Microfine Products Division. His appointment underscores Ashtech’s commitment to driving advancements in construction materials through visionary leadership.
Pathik’s professional journey is marked by a commitment to continuous learning, having completed executive education programs at renowned institutions such as St. Gallen University (Switzerland), Duke Corporate Education (London, UK), IIM Kolkata, and ISB Mohali. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Government Engineering College, Ujjain MP, and a PGEMP from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai.
His appointment is expected to further strengthen Ashtech’s position in the industry, leveraging his strategic insights and operational expertise to propel the Microfine Products Division towards sustained growth and innovation.
