Tech Mahindra, a leading provider of digital transformation, consulting, and business re-engineering services, has appointed Nitesh Aggarwal as its new Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). Aggarwal, an accomplished leader in sales excellence and strategic transformation, brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in driving organizational change and growth.
Before joining Tech Mahindra, Aggarwal held senior leadership positions at Infosys, where he served as Senior Vice President and Head of Pricing Transformation. In this role, he was instrumental in defining and managing strategies around new logo acquisition, pricing, and sales operations. His tenure at Infosys spanned over nine years, during which he played a key role in driving business transformation and growth.
In addition to his role at Tech Mahindra, Nitesh Aggarwal is an active member of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), where he has been involved in the Chief Strategy Officer Forum since April 2021. Through this platform, he co-leads a mentorship track, providing strategic guidance to startups and emerging businesses.
Aggarwal’s educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Sales and Marketing from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. He has also participated in executive education programs at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, further honing his strategic and leadership skills.
