With over 22 years of experience across data engineering, analytics, and artificial intelligence, Amit brings deep expertise in delivering large-scale data modernization and AI-led transformation initiatives. His career spans leadership roles across complex, regulated industries, with a strong focus on healthcare, where he has helped enterprises unlock value from data while ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
Prior to joining Jade Global, Amit held senior leadership positions at Persistent Systems, where he served as Associate Vice President and Delivery Head. There, he led multi-million-dollar global portfolios, managed large distributed teams, and partnered closely with C-suite stakeholders to define long-term data strategies. His work drove significant revenue growth, operational efficiency, and innovation through advanced analytics, cloud data platforms, and AI solutions.
At Jade Global, Amit will focus on strengthening the firm’s end-to-end Data & AI capabilities, including data integration, modernization, advanced analytics, and AI-driven insights. He will also play a key role in mentoring talent, fostering innovation, and aligning data initiatives with clients’ strategic business objectives to deliver sustained impact.
