Lt Gen Codanda Poovaiah Cariappa (Retd) and Rajendra Moholkar have been appointed as Independent Directors to the Board of AXISCADES Technologies Ltd., a prominent technology and engineering solutions provider. With over four decades of experience in leadership roles, Lt Gen Cariappa and Rajendra Moholkar bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Lt Gen Cariappa’s military background includes significant positions such as Military Secretary to the President of India and Principal Staff Officer to the Chief of Army Staff. His role as Master General Sustenance placed him in charge of supporting over a million Indian Army troops.
Rajendra Moholkar’s extensive corporate career spans several top organizations, most notably his tenure at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as Company Secretary. His professional journey includes leadership roles at TCS e-Serve, Citigroup Global Services, and ICICI Securities. He has also held senior positions with major companies such as Raymond Group, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Blaze Advertising.
