Before joining Adani, Kautilya held key HR leadership roles at Vodafone Idea Limited, where he was the General Manager for HRBP Corporate Pune & VIVL, and earlier served as the General Manager of Circle HR Business Partner. His tenure at Vodafone, spanning nearly seven years, allowed him to hone his skills in human resources operations, employee engagement, and talent acquisition. Kautilya’s background also includes a diverse range of roles at Vodafone, where he developed a strong foundation in HR management and operational excellence.

A graduate of The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Kautilya has established himself as a skilled professional in business development and customer relationship management within the telecommunications industry. His proven track record in managing complex HR functions will be instrumental as he embarks on this new journey with Adani Enterprises.
