Prior to this appointment, Madan served as Vice President of Sales at Pratham Motors Private Limited, where he led end-to-end dealership operations focused on new and used car sales, finance and insurance, profitability management, people leadership, and strategic growth initiatives. His tenure was defined by building high-performance teams, reducing attrition, strengthening sales processes, and creating a strong performance-driven culture.
Earlier in his career, Madan held senior leadership roles including Assistant Vice President at Akshaya Motors Mercedes-Benz and Chief General Manager at Pratham Motors Private Limited. He also served as General Manager at Brigade Honda, gaining valuable multi-brand experience across premium and mass-market automotive segments while driving consistent business performance.
