Manas Pingle has been appointed as Head – International Business at Meyer Organics Pvt. Ltd., where he will lead global operations, new ventures, partnership development, and overall export management. With more than 20 years of experience in international sales and business development, Manas brings a proven track record in exploring new markets, identifying key accounts, expanding client bases globally, strategic planning, operations management, relationship management, and licensing.
Before joining Meyer Organics, Manas held key roles at Aurobindo Pharma as Assistant General Manager – Global Business Development, Sun Pharma (erstwhile Ranbaxy) as Senior Manager – Global Formulation Sourcing & Business Development, Geltec Pvt. Ltd. as Senior Manager – International Business Development, and Cipla Pharmaceuticals as Export Manager. Across these roles, he successfully led in-licensing projects, global business development, international marketing, and strategic partnerships across Europe, Canada, APAC, Middle East, Gulf, South Africa, and Latin American markets.
Manas’ expertise in building strong relationships with key decision-makers, developing international partnerships, and managing cross-border operations has helped organizations expand their global footprint and drive sustainable growth. His appointment at Meyer Organics aligns with the company’s vision to strengthen its international presence, identify new opportunities, and enhance strategic alliances.
He holds a Master’s degree in International Business from the Institute of International Business & Research – Pune, a Post Graduate Diploma in Foreign Trade from MVIRDC (World Trade Centre – Mumbai), and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Law from ICFAI University. His
academic foundation, combined with his extensive global experience, makes him well-equipped to lead Meyer Organics’ international strategy.
