Milmil Das has been elevated to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Jakson Green, marking a significant milestone in his HR leadership journey. In his expanded role, he will lead the organisationโs people and culture agenda, focusing on talent strategy, leadership development, organisational effectiveness, and building a high-performance culture aligned with Jakson Greenโs growth ambitions across renewable energy and emerging green businesses.
Milmil has been an integral part of Jakson Green, where he previously served as Head HR, playing a key role in shaping and strengthening the HR function. His elevation reflects the organisationโs confidence in his leadership and contribution to its people strategy. He is now positioned to build a future-ready workforce and enable the organisationโs next phase of growth through strong people practices and organisational development.
Before Jakson Green, Milmil served as Deputy General Manager โ HRBP (North & East) Renewable Business at Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy and earlier as Senior Manager โ HR & Administration North at Sterling and Wilson, where he served as Regional Head HR for Northern Region businesses. He also held the position of Deputy Manager โ Human Resources at Tata Projects, supporting the Transportation Division. Earlier, at Reliance Industries Limited, he worked as Senior Executive โ HR/IR and served as Area In-charge HR & IR for the PCG DTA & SEZ of the worldโs largest
petrochemical refinery complex, contributing to the refinery expansion project involving a large-scale workforce and contractor ecosystem.
His professional journey also includes roles as Jr. Manager โ HR & Administration at Ramky Infrastructure Ltd, where he handled end-to-end HR functions for industrial projects including NTPC Barh, Reliance Sasan Power and Singrauli, and Assistant Manager โ HR at Sai Sudhir Infrastructure Limited at its Hubli regional office. With broad experience spanning renewable energy, infrastructure, petrochemicals, transportation, HR business partnering, employee relations, talent management, and administration, Milmil brings a strong blend of strategic HR leadership and operational depth to his new mandate at Jakson Green.
