Before joining LEGO, Nitin served as Senior Manager, Public Policy at Amazon India, where he led advocacy efforts across key verticals like e-commerce, digital content, and taxation. His prior roles include impactful tenures at ByteDance, Facebook, and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, where he influenced policies on user safety, civic engagement, and digital transformation. His multidisciplinary background spans private sector leadership, public sector consulting, and multilateral development organizations, including the World Bank and Ernst & Young.
At LEGO, Nitin is expected to drive government relations and public affairs strategy tailored to India’s evolving policy environment. His appointment underscores the brand’s commitment to deepening its engagement in India and navigating complex policy dynamics with clarity and purpose.
