With over 17years of diverse HR experience, Pankaj brings a strategic, data-driven, and employee-centric approach to his new role, poised to strengthen EXL’s ongoing growth and transformation.
In his new role, Pankaj will lead HR initiatives with a sharper focus on enabling business outcomes through a future-ready workforce strategy, enhancing leadership capability, and fostering a high-performance culture across EXL’s global ecosystem. His commitment to aligning HR frameworks with business vision will be central to EXL’s continued success in the dynamic digital transformation space.
Pankaj joined EXL as Senior Manager – HR, where he played a pivotal role in leading key HR functions including M&A integration, HR Business Partnering, HR analytics, talent management, and performance management systems. His deep expertise in designing and driving compensation & benefits programs, compliance adherence, and HR operations automation has significantly contributed to improving both organizational efficiency and employee experience.
Prior to his journey at EXL, Pankaj held senior HR positions at ITI Data, Wipro, Vara, 3i Infotech, and RBSS, managing large-scale people operations across multiple domains. His career has been marked by a strong focus on employee engagement, change management, cost optimization, statutory compliance, and leadership development. His background spans across strategic HR partnering, policy design, and cross-functional HR implementations.
