Prior to joining Pierag Consulting, Sunaina held senior HR leadership roles at KPMG and Deloitte, where she managed multi-disciplinary and multi-geography HR functions. Her work included leading large-scale talent transformation initiatives, strengthening leadership pipelines, and driving technology-enabled hiring models across complex professional services environments.
