Prabhanjan Prasoon, a dynamic HR leader with over 20 years of experience, has stepped into a new role as Senior Director – Talent Acquisition at Birlasoft. Known for designing scalable recruitment strategies and aligning HR functions closely with business goals, Prabhanjan brings a holistic and cross-functional perspective to human resources.
Prior to this, he led the Talent Acquisition function at Sopra Steria India, where he played a critical role in advancing strategic HR initiatives. His work spanned across recruitment, employee experience, total rewards, performance management, workforce planning, and HR digitalization. Under his leadership, Sopra Steria saw strengthened employer branding, deeper campus partnerships, and a more agile, future-ready talent engine.
Throughout his career, Prabhanjan has been an active voice in the HR ecosystem—regularly engaging as a guest speaker, mentor, and board of studies member at various academic institutions. His commitment to nurturing talent and transforming HR practices has earned him several prestigious recognitions, including Top HR Mind by ET & WHRD, Top 50 HR Leaders in NCR, and awards from Amity, Graphic Era, and GLA University for leadership and HR excellence.
