In his new role, Prajith will lead the newly launched Transformation & Strategy Office (TSO), which serves as the central pillar uniting delivery excellence, business operations, and transformation strategy. Under his leadership, the TSO will drive key initiatives across delivery modernization and PMO excellence, business scalability frameworks, productized services, talent development, and strategic market enablement.
