Prior to joining Espire Infolabs, Rajeev served as Associate Director at Evalueserve, where he played a pivotal role in global recruitment strategy, HR ERP implementation, and building cross-functional teams. His tenure at Evalueserve included successfully establishing and managing a global social sourcing team across India, the US, the UK, and Chile, while mentoring hiring managers and driving process excellence across business units.
Rajeev’s career spans leadership roles at reputed organizations such as Guavus, GlobalLogic, Smart Chip Limited, and Best Infosystems, where he consistently demonstrated a performance-driven approach in talent acquisition. He is known for his ability to identify high-potential talent, execute recruitment strategies with precision, and drive change management initiatives that align with organizational goals.
