Ravi Parkash has joined GroupL Services as the Group Head of Human Resources, bringing a wealth of experience in HR leadership, talent acquisition, and organizational development. At GroupL, he is responsible for overseeing people and culture initiatives, compliance, and HR interventions, leveraging his expertise to enhance employee engagement and streamline HR processes. This new role places Ravi at the forefront of HR strategy for the company, which operates in a highly competitive industry.

Before joining GroupL Services, Ravi held a senior HR role at Tenon Group, where he contributed to succession planning, people management, and organizational improvements. His time at Tenon Group further solidified his skills in strategic HR management, digitalization of processes, and team development. In addition, he served as Deputy Manager HRD at Uno Minda Group, handling recruitment, training, and development.

Ravi’s earlier career saw him in various HR roles, including his tenure at BEUMER India Pvt. Ltd. and Sandhar Components Ltd. His broad range of experience across different sectors makes him well-equipped to drive transformation and innovation in his new leadership position at GroupL Services.
