Rishi Gaind has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources at JioStar, bringing over two decades of expertise in HR leadership to the organization. Known for his innovative approach, Rishi has consistently implemented strategies that foster employee engagement and drive organizational growth. His experience is rooted in aligning human resource practices with business objectives to ensure both employee satisfaction and long-term success.
Before joining JioStar, Rishi spent more than five years as the Head of Human Resources at Disney Star. Prior to that, he held a key leadership role at Star India Pvt Ltd, where he advanced to Executive Vice President of Human Resources. His career journey also includes significant HR leadership positions at Computer Associates India Pvt Ltd, and Grindwell Norton Ltd, where he gained expertise in performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
Rishi Gaind holds a Master’s in Human Resources from Symbiosis International University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Fergusson College. His rich background in HR management, coupled with his ability to drive impactful changes within large organizations, makes him a significant addition to JioStar’s leadership team.
