With over two decades of experience in human resources, Sanjay has significantly contributed to shaping Olectra’s HR strategies and leading transformation efforts. Before this appointment, he served as Chief General Manager – HR, where he was responsible for driving key talent management initiatives and aligning HR functions with the company’s broader vision for growth and innovation.
Sanjay’s career spans leadership roles in several reputed organizations, including Turbo Megha Airways (Trujet Airlines), CMS Info Systems, Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd, G4S Security Services, Maytas Infra, and Sahara India Pariwar.
