Axis Bank appointed Saurabh Bhayana as the new Senior Vice President & Group Head – MNC (North). This significant promotion reflects Saurabh’s extensive experience and accomplishments in the field of corporate banking and finance.
With over 19 years of experience in corporate banking, project finance, and business development, Saurabh Bhayana brings a wealth of expertise to his new role at Axis Bank. His career has been marked by a series of leadership positions across major financial institutions, including L&T Infrastructure Finance Co Ltd, IndusInd Bank, and HDFC Bank.
In his previous role as Senior Vice President – Real Economy Group at Axis Bank, Saurabh demonstrated exceptional skill in managing large corporate relationships and structuring complex credit facilities. Prior to joining Axis Bank, Saurabh served as AGM – Project Finance & Structured Finance at L&T Infrastructure Finance Co Ltd.
Saurabh Bhayana is an alumnus of MDI, Gurgaon, where he completed his PGDM in Marketing & Finance. His educational background, combined with his professional experience, positions him as a key player in Axis Bank’s efforts to enhance its corporate banking operations and drive growth in the North Indian market.
In his new role as Senior Vice President & Group Head – MNC (North), Saurabh will oversee the bank’s relationships with multinational corporations, focusing on income generation, portfolio health, and risk management.
