Seeds of Innocence IVF and HomeIVF have appointed Yashpal Singh Rao as Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In his new role, he will lead the Group’s overall business strategy, growth, operations, digital transformation, expansion, and organizational development as the organization enters its next phase of growth.
His appointment comes at a pivotal time as the Group continues to strengthen its position as an integrated fertility care platform, expand its national footprint, scale HomeIVF’s technology-enabled care model, enhance genetics and diagnostics capabilities, and invest in innovation to improve patient outcomes.
Rao brings over a decade of leadership experience across fertility care and healthcare management. Prior to becoming Group CEO, he served as Chief Growth Officer at Seeds of Innocence IVF & Fertility Centres and Home IVF, where he led growth strategy, operations, marketing, digital transformation, expansion, business development, and patient experience initiatives. He played a key role in building and scaling the company’s technology-driven fertility care Home IVF platform.
Before joining the Group, Rao served as Chief Operating Officer at ART Fertility Clinics India, where he was responsible for multi-centre operations, sales, medical operations, HR, procurement, supply chain, biomedical services, IT, projects, and business performance across the network. Earlier, as Head of Contact Center at Indira IVF Group, he led one of the country’s largest patient engagement and customer service functions, driving operational excellence, productivity, sales performance, and customer experience.
With extensive experience spanning business strategy, healthcare operations, digital transformation, patient acquisition, customer experience, and organizational leadership, Rao has built a strong track record of scaling healthcare businesses and leading high-performing teams.
As Group CEO, Rao will focus on accelerating the Group’s nationwide expansion, strengthening digital capabilities, artificial intelligence, genetics, and international patient services, while enhancing operational excellence, patient experience, and sustainable growth. His leadership will support the Group’s long-term vision of building India’s most trusted, integrated, and technology-enabled fertility care platform.
