IFFCO Tokio General Insurance Co. Ltd. has announced the elevation of Mr. Milan Sanghvi and Mr. Neelakantan N as Executive Directors (Marketing), marking a significant step in strengthening its leadership team.
Mr. Milan Sanghvi, with over three decades of experience in the general insurance sector, has played a key role in shaping IFFCO-TOKIO’s growth journey. A founding member of the Surat SBU, he has held multiple leadership roles since joining the organisation in 2001. As State Head–Gujarat, he led significant business expansion, strengthening distribution networks and driving premium growth. His contributions to building co-operative bank partnerships and enhancing operational efficiencies have been instrumental in the company’s regional success.
Mr. N. Neelakantan brings over three and a half decades of experience across marketing, underwriting, and claims management. Having previously served as Executive Vice President & State Head, he has led critical functions such as Marketing and Claims, driving operational efficiency and business growth across regions.
Beginning his career with The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd., he has built deep expertise in corporate underwriting and claims. With a postgraduate degree in Mathematics and professional qualifications from the Insurance Institute of India(AIII), his strong technical foundation continues to guide strategic decision-making.
