Avnit Sinha has been appointed as Associate Vice President – Delivery at Infinite Computer Solutions, marking a significant milestone in his professional journey. In this role, he will lead end-to-end delivery of complex Telecom OSS/BSS transformation programs, with a strong focus on program governance, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation. He will drive large-scale initiatives spanning OSS modernization (service assurance, network orchestration, inventory management) and BSS transformation (customer experience, billing, revenue management), ensuring seamless execution aligned with telecom operators’ evolving digital strategies. His approach emphasizes delivering innovative, scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency, accelerate service monetization, and support next-generation telecom ecosystems.
Prior to joining Infinite Computer Solutions, Avnit Sinha was associated with Cognizant, where he most recently served as Consulting Director, leading large-scale digital and delivery initiatives. During his tenure at Cognizant, he held multiple leadership roles including Delivery Lead – Associate Director and Ecommerce Delivery Lead – Ecommerce Delivery Manager, contributing to projects across organizations such as TracFone Wireless, Inc., Cengage EMEA, American Girl, GoWireless , and Saint-Gobain. His early career also reflects strong foundations in project development and ecommerce consulting within Cognizant Technology Solutions.
Avnit Sinha also built a substantial part of his expertise at Infosys, where he worked as Principal Consultant across diverse engagements. He led ecommerce and conversational commerce programs for global enterprises including Ulta Beauty, Mars, Sabre Corporation, T-Mobile, FleetPride, and Verizon. His experience spans managing end-to-end delivery cycles, optimizing ecommerce ecosystems, and enabling digital transformation for enterprise clients across industries.
