Anil has played a central role in shaping Lupin’s consumer healthcare journey since 2017, establishing the business infrastructure from the ground up. With over 25 years of leadership experience across Dabur, Rich Products Corporation, Pfizer, his career reflects a strong foundation in FMCG, Consumer Healthcare and brand innovation. He brings a unique blend of market insight, operational execution, and strategic brand building to his new role.
The new entity :LupinLife Consumer Healthcare Ltd—will now operate independently, enabling focused investments, faster innovation, and wider market access. Under Anil’s leadership, the business is expected to accelerate its reach with flagship OTC products such as Softovac, Beplex Forte, Corcium, and Aptivate, furthering Lupin’s consumer connect.
Anil is a pharmacy graduate with a management degree from IILM and executive credentials from Cornell University.
