After spending 20+ years in the corporate world leading large-scale transition programs, Arunesh is now channeling that experience into SCG with a clear intent: to help organizations move beyond capacity-driven setups and build truly capability-led global operations.
Prior to founding SCG, Arunesh held leadership roles at Tata Consultancy Services, Cognizant, and AXA Global Business Services (AXA GBS), where he led and delivered complex, multi-geography transition programs across industries including BFSI, HRO, Travel & Hospitality, Manufacturing, Media, Retail, and Contact Center Operations.
His work has spanned the US, UK, Europe, APAC, and Canada, giving him a front-row view of what works — and more importantly, what breaks — when organizations scale globally.
With Solaire Consulting Group, he is now focused on solving these exact challenges through a structured, experience-led approach to transitions and transformation.
