Prior to founding Solaire Consulting Group, Arunesh held leadership roles at Tata Consultancy Services, Cognizant, and AXA Business Services Pvt. Ltd, where he led and delivered complex, multi-geography transition programs across a wide range of industries, including BFSI, HRO, Travel & Hospitality, Manufacturing, Media, Retail, and Contact Center Operations. His work has spanned key global markets such as the US,
UK, Europe, APAC, and Canada, giving him deep insights into the challenges and opportunities organizations face when scaling operations across geographies.
With Solaire Consulting Group, Arunesh is now focused on addressing these very challenges through a structured, experience-led approach to transitions and transformation.
