Neutron Group announces the appointment of Kiran Kumar Perka as Chief Executive Officer – Corporate Business (C&I), effective April 2026.
Based in New Delhi, he will lead the Group’s corporate business vertical with a clear mandate: accelerate growth, deepen strategic partnerships, and scale Neutron’s presence across India’s evolving energy landscape.
With over two decades of leadership in the power sector, Perka brings a rare combination of regulatory depth, commercial acumen, and execution excellence across renewable energy, thermal power, power trading, and energy markets.
An alumnus of SP Jain Institute of Global Management, he holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Electricity Regulations—blending policy insight with entrepreneurial vision.
Prior to joining Neutron Group, he held leadership roles at Tata Power, Fourth Partner Energy, O2 Power, and JSW Energy, where he played a pivotal role in structuring large-scale renewable solutions and driving corporate clean energy adoption.
His expertise spans open access frameworks, captive and third-party contracting, power trading, Critical Negotiations, Regulatory & Policy advocacy, RPO compliance, REC mechanisms, and large-scale C&I deal structuring—making him a key force in India’s energy transition.
A recognized industry voice, Perka has been a featured speaker at leading platforms including Bridge to India, Solar Quarter, Renewable Energy India Expo, UBS Forums, and EQ International.
