Before joining Trident Group India, Rajnish served as Chief Operating Officer at Sintex BAPL, where he led strategic initiatives and drove operational excellence. He also held the position of CEO for a 300 MW Thermal Power Project at Shirpur Power Pvt Ltd, showcasing his expertise in managing large-scale energy projects. His earlier experience includes a long tenure at M/s Trident Limited, where he played a crucial role in operations and energy management.
