Prior to joining Xarpie Labs, Sreekanth K Arimanithaya served as Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) and CHRO at Machani Group, where he played a key role in shaping business strategy and talent management initiatives. He has also been the Global Talent and Enablement Services Leader at EY GDS, where he was responsible for overseeing talent strategy on a global scale. Additionally, as Senior Vice President at DXC Technology, he spearheaded workforce management and served as India Co-Managing Director, demonstrating his expertise in leading high-performance teams.
