Energy Efficiency Services Ltd (EESL), a government-owned organization, announced on Thursday the appointment of Arvind Kumar Talan as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Laxman Aggrawal as the Company Secretary (CS).
According to a statement by EESL, Talan brings extensive experience in finance and corporate governance to his new role. As CFO, he will oversee all financial operations of EESL. Prior to joining EESL, Talan served as CFO at Jet Freight Logistics Ltd (JFLL) and IFFCO Ltd.
In his role as Company Secretary, Aggrawal will ensure EESL’s compliance with all legal and statutory requirements, the statement added.
