Axis Securities has announced the appointment of Ketan Darji as their new Head of Talent Acquisition. This marks Darji’s second tenure with the company, where he previously served as the Talent Acquisition Head and HR Business Partner.
Before rejoining Axis Securities, Darji worked at Kotak Mahindra Bank as the Vice President of HR for seven months, starting in December 2023. Reflecting his excitement about the new role, Darji shared on LinkedIn, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head Talent Acquisition at Axis Securities Limited!”
With over 14 years of experience in talent acquisition, Darji has held various significant positions across notable organizations such as Anand Rathi Financial Services, Sahara India, Karvy Stock Broking, Angel Broking, Sharekhan, and HDFC Bank. His expertise spans recruitment and selection, staffing, campus hiring, employer branding, mentoring, coaching, team management, and vendor management.
