Prachi Kamble has been appointed as Director – Human Resources at Amber, marking a pivotal step in her career. With a solid background in HR and a track record of leading successful people and culture initiatives, Prachi is set to drive HR excellence at Amber.
Joining Amber in February 2023 as Lead – People & Culture, Prachi played a key role in shaping the company’s culture and boosting employee engagement. Prior to this, she contributed significantly as Lead – HR Projects at United Breweries Ltd. in Bengaluru from July to October 2022, where she oversaw critical HR projects.
Her career includes impactful roles at Mahindra Group, where she served as HRBP for Group Corporate Office and Manager – Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition. At Aditya Birla Group, Prachi began as a Human Resource Leadership Associate and later became HR & IR Manager.
