Samidha Bhatnagar has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Pearl Global Industries. She brings nearly three decades of diverse HR expertise to her new role, strengthening the company’s leadership as it continues to expand its global footprint in the apparel manufacturing space.
Samidha most recently served as Associate Vice President at Shahi Exports, where she spent over 24 years in various leadership roles. Her experience includes developing and leading strategic HR initiatives in performance management, statutory compliance, CSR, recruitment, and employee engagement.
In her new capacity at Pearl Global Industries, Samidha will be responsible for spearheading HR strategy, driving digital transformation, and fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity across the organization. Her leadership is expected to play a crucial role in aligning HR practices with the company’s long-term growth objectives.
Earlier in her career, Samidha held HR roles at Super Fashions and KBS Tours & Travels. With her appointment, Pearl Global gains a seasoned professional known for translating HR vision into actionable initiatives and nurturing high-performing teams across corporate and manufacturing environments.
