Sharba Banerjee has recently joined DELBY as the Chief Human Resources Officer. With extensive expertise in human resources management, Sharba will be instrumental in developing and implementing HR strategies to support DELBY’s expansion and operational efficiency.
Sharba previously held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at AKMMA Laboratories Pvt Ltd, where she led the company’s HR department. During her time there, she introduced strategic HR initiatives that improved employee engagement and optimized HR processes.
Before her role at AKMMA Laboratories, Sharba served as DGM-HR at Innovative Distributions Service (P) Ltd. She managed HR operations and played a key role in the company’s strategic planning and development, contributing significantly to organizational growth and efficiency.
Earlier in her career, Sharba was the Sr. Manager-HRD at Innovative Logistics Service (P) Ltd for over seven years. In this capacity, she managed HR operations and was a driving force behind the company’s expansion and employee development initiatives.
