Utsav Khandelwal has been appointed as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Jaquar & Company Private Ltd., a global leader in the bath fittings industry. With over two decades of leadership experience across FMCD, healthcare, IT, and retail, he brings a wealth of expertise in transforming organizations, driving workforce productivity, and aligning HR strategy with business excellence.
Prior to joining Jaquar, Utsav served as Director & Head of Human Resources, India at Zimmer Biomet, where he led organizational redesign, change management, and corporate spin-offs that contributed to significant efficiency gains. His earlier tenure at Genpact as Senior Manager HR saw him build HR metrics frameworks and strengthen employee engagement programs, while at Whirlpool Corporation, he advanced from Plant HR to Corporate HR roles, leading initiatives in employee engagement, talent acquisition, and employee wellness.
Utsav’s journey reflects a strong foundation in industrial relations and workforce management, gained through his early experience managing HR operations at Whirlpool’s Pune and Faridabad plants. He began his career in retail with RTCL Limited and enriched his perspective through an internship with Capgemini, before steadily building an accomplished career in HR leadership across diverse industries.
