Arthur D. Little has appointed Vishalli Dongrie to head its Organizational, People, and Culture Transformation Practice for the Middle East and India. Vishalli brings over 14 years of experience as a partner at top consulting firms to this new role.

Previously, Vishalli was Partner and Head of Organization, People, and Leadership Transformation at KPMG, where she led various transformation initiatives and talent development projects in Mumbai, India. She also spent eight years at Deloitte as Partner for Organization and People Transformation, overseeing human capital consulting services including talent and leadership, performance and reward, and organizational development.
Earlier in her career, Vishalli was Director and Head of BFSI Talent and Organizational Consulting at Hewitt Associates and Principal Consultant for Human Capital Consulting at ECS Private Limited, where she specialized in talent and leadership and organizational development.
