JIL Information Technology Ltd. has elevated Rahul Agarwal to the role of Chief Operating Officer, marking a key leadership progression within the organization. Since joining in 2017, Rahul has consistently demonstrated a strong command of strategy, business development, and client partnerships across public sector and enterprise domains.
As President – Business Development, he led the company’s initiatives in IT Infrastructure Services, Campus ERP, and digitization solutions, helping drive transformational programs for government departments, PSUs, and higher education institutions. Under his leadership, JIL strengthened strategic alliances with technology partners and expanded its footprint through platforms like GeM.
Rahul brings over two decades of experience in technology, education, and enterprise solutions. His prior roles at organizations such as Laureate Online, RSA, Symantec, and Oracle reflect his deep expertise in client engagement, services sales, and market expansion across India and the APAC region.
In his new capacity as Chief Operating Officer, Rahul Agarwal will focus on scaling operations, driving innovation, and building strategic capabilities to accelerate JIL’s long-term growth and leadership in the IT services sector.
